AI-generated outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular individual. Listek is not a medical, diagnostic or healthcare service. Nutrition insights, dietary guidance, allergy warnings and other AI-generated information are provided for general informational purposes only. Always read product packaging, ingredient information and allergen warnings carefully, especially if you have allergies, intolerances or medical dietary requirements.
Listek may use product-level nutrition information and Nutri-Score information to provide additional context about products and shopping lists.
Nutri-Score is designed as a product-level nutrition label. Any list-level overview, interpretation or analysis provided by Listek is a Listek feature and should not be interpreted as an official Nutri-Score assessment of an entire shopping basket or diet.

Shopping lists, stored items, shared-list information and other account content may be retained while needed to provide the service. Deleted information may remain temporarily in backups, logs or technical systems before being permanently removed. Transaction information may be retained where necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, customer support or legal obligations. Listek uses automated systems and AI to generate product classifications, shopping insights, nutrition-related guidance, recommendations, warnings and recipes. These systems are designed to assist users.
Listek does not use such automated outputs to make decisions about users that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects. You remain responsible for deciding whether to follow any suggestion or recommendation.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, misuse, alteration, loss or disclosure. These measures may include encrypted communication, authentication, access controls and security measures provided by our infrastructure providers.
However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Listek is a general consumer shopping application and is not specifically directed at young children. Where applicable law requires parental or guardian consent for a child to use a feature involving personal-data processing, the required authorisation should be obtained.
